• Payment Data: Purchases made through the Play Store or App Store are processed by those platforms. We only receive confirmation of the purchase and item bought, not your payment details.
• Audio (Voice Chat): If you enable voice chat, we access your device’s microphone to capture your voice and transmit it in real time using Unity’s Vivox service. Audio is processed ephemerally for the duration of the chat and is not recorded or stored by us.

How We Use Your Data

• To save and sync your progress across devices.
• To personalize game content and offers.
• To manage and fulfill in-app purchases and coin rewards.
• To improve game performance and fix bugs.
• To serve ads through Unity Ads and analyze ad performance.
• To provide optional real‑time voice chat with friends via Unity Vivox. Voice audio is used only to deliver this feature, is processed ephemerally, and is not used for advertising or analytics.

Third-Party Services

• Google Play Billing / Apple IAP (In-App Purchases)
• Unity Vivox (Voice & Text Chat) — provides real‑time voice chat. Your voice is transmitted to operate the service and is not recorded by us. You can choose not to grant microphone access and continue playing without voice chat.

Voice Chat (Vivox)

Voice chat is optional. You can deny microphone permission and continue playing without voice chat. If enabled, the game accesses your microphone to transmit your voice to other players through Unity’s Vivox service. Audio is processed ephemerally to deliver real‑time communication and is not recorded or stored by us. We do not use your voice for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

To establish a voice session, we may share a technical player identifier (for example, a Unity Authentication Player ID) with Vivox. This identifier is used only to operate the voice service and is not used for tracking across apps or websites.

Platform permissions: On iOS, the app requests microphone access. On Android, the app requests microphone access, and on newer Android versions may also request Bluetooth permissions to support Bluetooth headsets. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Our game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such information, it will be deleted immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or necessary for the purposes described in this policy. You can request account deletion at any time.

Security

We use secure cloud databases and encryption protocols where applicable to protect your information.
